Northern terminal proposed to be relocated to Olive View Medical Center, responding to a commitment made to the community to address residential issues. Withdrawn by staff after public hearing and objections by Governance Council members.
Public Comment and (Staff Response):
- Granada Hills North Neighborhood Council passed a motion to oppose the reroute to Olive View Medical Center (input by the Council at the 2003 public hearing resulted in the route extension to Sylmar Metrolink Station)
- Service should be promoted to encourage more ridership and not cancelled to address one resident's concern (proposal withdrawn)
